Careers & Employability is the University of Lincoln Careers Service. We are here to provide our students with the information, advice and guidance required to produce highly employable graduates in an increasingly competitive labour market. In order to achieve this vision we would like to recruit the assistance of those that know, namely you the employer. In return we offer a range of services that may be of interest, ranging from recruitment, raising your profile, and facilities.

Want to raise your profile? We can offer you the opportunity to present your industry, company, and opportunities to students.
Workshops
If you want to get to know the students better and work with a smaller audience then may be you would prefer to run student workshops.
Podcasts and Vidcasts
We are looking to develop our website and would like to include a series of Podcasts and Vidcasts from employers on topical issues relating to graduate employability.
