The company was formed in 1956. At this stage the organisation was very small and has gradually expanded throughout the UK and Ireland and has grown with an annual turnover of approximately £24 million.

The company has the following departments which exemplifies the nature of the employment opportunities within the organisation:

Currently the graduate opportunities would be in the Sales Department with the flexibility to develop into other roles depending on personal strengths.
The company have however, taken on a Lincoln Graduate recently in the buying department.

The company would always expect to give an individual that came in to do some work for them some sort of remuneration.
The company have taken on school level work placements and have not thought of offering such opportunities to students. However, this is something that they would be open to.

‘My personal perception is that graduates are good and work hard. I believe that you cannot “pigeon hole” graduates as you do get a mix of characters and personalities. I therefore have a very open mind and take the individual as they come.’
